36 month contract including:

Leasing conditions
Here are the terms and conditions of the leasing contract:
- Monthly payments are debited by SEPA DOMICILIATION ( mandatory) 1x / quarter in advance. E.g.: if your leasing contract starts on June 15, you will be debited at the beginning of July for: usage from 06/15 to 06/30 and advance payment from 07/01 to 08/31 (in 2 separate debits on the same day).
- There is a one-off processing fee of €75 excluding VAT, which will be deducted at the same time as the first monthly payment(s).
- For legal reasons, the customer is obliged to insure the leased equipment, either through your own insurance or that of the leaser. If you are already insured, you have 6 weeks to send your insurance certificate to the leaser, failing which he will "impose" his own on you: as regards the insurance proposed by the leaser, the amount to be paid annually corresponds to around 3.5% of the total amount of the lease (calculated according to the type of equipment, brand, etc.).
- Invoices are available directly from the leaser via a member's area; they will not be sent by post or e-mail (access to the member's area is via a code received by post).
- The contract is for 36 months, with 3 choices at the end:
- Repurchase of the equipment for an amount generally equivalent to the last monthly payment
- Transfer of the equipment: you close the contract and decide on another solution (in this case, you will receive a standard letter from us, to be sent by registered mail to the leaser, 3 months before the end of the contract)
- You decide to continue with another renewed equipment and in this case, the residual value will be deducted from the new contract.
